Project Overview
The client pursued the Sand Springs Clyde Boyd Middle School project on behalf of Sand Springs Public Schools in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. The project represented a meaningful investment in the district's educational infrastructure, encompassing the program spaces and features of a modern learning environment. To compete effectively in the selection process, the client needed to communicate both the scope and quality of what they proposed to deliver. PRESWERX joined the pursuit team to develop proposal content, presentation materials, renderings, and animations that translated the project vision into a compelling, cohesive story for the selection committee.

Client Challenges
The client faced a competitive selection with a complex scope that required careful storytelling across multiple audiences:
Translating architectural plans and technical scope into a clear, visually compelling narrative for a non-technical selection committee
Differentiating the team's qualifications and approach in a market where competing contractors brought comparable experience
Preparing presenters to communicate confidently and consistently in a live interview setting
Visualizing the finished facility with enough detail to build confidence in the proposed design before construction began
Middle school projects serve a broad audience of stakeholders, including district administrators, board members, and community representatives, each expecting something different from the selection materials.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a full suite of pursuit materials tailored to the Clyde Boyd Middle School project. The team developed proposal content that organized the client's qualifications and project approach into a structured, readable submission. Presentation graphics and layouts brought the narrative to life in a format suited for the interview room. High-quality renderings depicted the finished facility with clarity and polish, giving the selection committee a vivid sense of what the completed school would look and feel like. Animations added dimension to the visual story, illustrating key program areas and design intent in ways that static images could not.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX treated this pursuit as a communication challenge first, starting with the story the client needed to tell and working backward to the materials required to tell it well:
Collaborated with the client to structure a proposal narrative that positioned their experience and approach clearly against the project's stated priorities
Developed renderings and animations with the selection committee's perspective in mind, emphasizing the spaces and features most relevant to the district's goals
Coached the client's presenters to deliver the material with confidence, ensuring the live interview matched the quality of the printed and visual materials
The result was a pursuit package where every element reinforced a single, consistent message about what the client would bring to the Clyde Boyd Middle School project.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX produced a complete pursuit package that held the Clyde Boyd Middle School project to the visual and narrative standard expected of a major public education pursuit:
The proposal gave the selection committee a clear, organized view of the client's qualifications, approach, and understanding of the district's educational goals
Renderings and animations provided vivid, accessible visuals that made the proposed facility tangible before construction, building confidence among decision-makers
Presentation coaching left the client's team prepared and practiced, ready to answer questions and deliver their message under the pressure of a live interview
The client arrived at the selection process with polished materials and a well-prepared team, positioned to make their strongest case for the project.
