Project Overview
The Baptist Health of Northeast Florida project delivered a 25 acre campus in Yulee anchored by two new buildings, a 29,022 square foot free standing emergency department with imaging and a 32,000 square foot medical office building. The FSED encompassed 14 exam rooms, radiology, CT, mammography, behavioral health, resuscitation rooms, a laboratory, and a full back up generator, while the MOB housed an endoscopy suite and primary care services, all supported by new roadways, parking, lighting, and landscaping across the site. Presenting a $38 million, two building healthcare campus called for a presentation that made a complex clinical program easy to follow. PRESWERX developed the pursuit presentation, renderings, and animations, and coached the team for its final interview.

Client Challenges
A $38 million campus combining a free standing emergency department and a medical office building demanded a presentation that made two distinct buildings read as one project:
Explaining a dense clinical program, from resuscitation rooms to imaging to an endoscopy suite, in terms a healthcare board could follow.
Visualizing a full 25 acre site package, including new roadways, parking, and landscaping, before construction began.
Standing out in a pursuit for a highly specialized emergency and outpatient care facility.
Making the clinical detail feel clear rather than overwhelming was central to the presentation's success.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX built the full pursuit presentation for the interview, translating the FSED's exam rooms, imaging suite, resuscitation rooms, laboratory, and pharmacy alongside the MOB's endoscopy and primary care suites into one clear campus narrative. The team produced renderings and animations of both completed buildings and the surrounding 25 acre site, including the new roadways, parking areas, and landscaping. PRESWERX then coached the presentation team through structured rehearsals, refining delivery and preparing responses to the clinical and site related questions the panel was likely to raise ahead of the final interview.

PRESWERX Approach
With two buildings and a dense clinical program to cover, the presentation needed to feel organized and confident:
Structured the narrative to present the FSED and MOB as one connected campus rather than two separate buildings.
Built renderings and animations that gave the full site, from the buildings to the roadways and landscaping, a finished look.
Coached the team through multiple rehearsals to sharpen delivery and readiness for detailed clinical questions.
The result was a presentation team that could speak to every part of the campus with equal confidence.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a presentation package built to the standard a specialized healthcare campus demanded:
A unified campus narrative that connected the FSED and MOB into one clear story.
Renderings and animations that gave the panel a finished picture of both buildings and the full site.
A rehearsed team ready to answer detailed clinical and site questions in the final interview.
The client's team walked into the final interview with a complete, well rehearsed case for the project.
