Project Overview
The ALSAC Pinch District development called for two new office buildings on the west side of Third Street in Memphis's Pinch District, supporting the fundraising and awareness mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The 10 to 12 story buildings spanned the 448 Block and the Garden Block, encompassing fundraising and supporter event spaces, video production areas, a food hall, ground level retail, and a connecting bridge over Shadyac Avenue. A proposed pedestrian bridge over Third Street tied the campus back to the main hospital grounds. Given the $400 million scope and the project's civic visibility, PRESWERX developed the pursuit presentation and coached the team for its final interview.

Client Challenges
A $400 million, two building campus in a highly visible historic district demanded a presentation that read as one unified vision, not two disconnected buildings:
Conveying how two separate blocks, linked by two bridges, would function as a single connected campus.
Explaining a mixed use program spanning office space, event venues, video production, a food hall, and retail in a way a hospital fundraising board could easily follow.
Preparing the team to field detailed questions live, without notes, in the final interview.
Together, these challenges called for a story that felt as cohesive as the campus itself.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX built the full pursuit presentation for the interview, translating architectural and site plans for the 448 Block and Garden Block into a narrative that positioned the two buildings as one connected campus. The deck detailed the fundraising and supporter event spaces, video production areas, food hall, ground level retail, and the pedestrian bridges linking the site to Third Street and the main hospital campus. PRESWERX then ran the team through structured presentation coaching sessions, refining delivery, tightening transitions between speakers, and preparing responses to anticipated panel questions ahead of the final interview.

PRESWERX Approach
With a civic project of this scale, the presentation needed to demonstrate technical command and a genuine connection to the St. Jude mission:
Structured the narrative around the campus's two blocks and bridges as a single, unified story.
Built visuals that translated dense architectural detail into a clear, hospital board friendly presentation.
Ran multiple live coaching rounds to sharpen pacing, transitions, and Q&A readiness.
The result was a presentation team that could speak to the project with confidence and clarity.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a presentation and a coached team held to the standard the project's visibility demanded:
A unified campus narrative that made two buildings and two bridges read as one cohesive vision.
A clear, board ready explanation of a complex mixed use program spanning office, event, food hall, and retail space.
A team drilled and rehearsed for live questioning ahead of the final interview.
The client's team walked into the final interview prepared, well rehearsed, and confident in the story they had to tell.
